Question 1

Who can sign an institutional agreement?

Accepted Answer

A university, a doctoral school (CEDoc), a laboratory or a research centre. An agreement can cover a whole institution or a single cohort, for the dates you choose.

Question 2

How do our researchers get access?

Accepted Answer

Anyone who verifies an email address on your domain joins automatically, subdomains included. Others enter the join code in Settings → Institution, or we add them from a list you send. Access starts as soon as the agreement is active.

Question 3

Is there a free pilot?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Doctoral schools and laboratories can start with a free pilot semester. Tell us about your cohort through the contact page and choose "Institutional demo" as the subject.

Question 4

What can the institution see?

Accepted Answer

Aggregate numbers: how many members joined, verified their academic email, completed onboarding and were active in the last 30 days. Never a library, a chapter, a message or a mood check-in.

Question 5

What happens when the agreement ends?

Accepted Answer

Members are told in the app and by email, and the Premium that came through your institution ends. Their account and their work stay theirs: they can carry on with the free plan or subscribe to Premium on their own.

Question 6

How is the Institutions plan priced?

Accepted Answer

It is tailored to the size of your cohort and the length of the agreement. Contact us and we will prepare a proposal; the pilot semester is free.
